Introducing Brokers Manager

Our client is a regulated international FX company seeking an experienced Introducing Brokers Manager to expand and strengthen its global partner network. Main responsibilities • Manage and develop relationships with existing introducing brokers and business partners. • Communicate regularly with current and prospective partners, understand their needs and provide timely commercial support. • Proactively identify, approach and recruit new introducing brokers across relevant international markets. • Present the company's partnership offering and negotiate commercially sustainable cooperation terms. • Support partner onboarding, activation and ongoing engagement in coordination with internal teams. • Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities and maintain accurate activity reports. • Represent the company professionally at online meetings, industry events and partner discussions when required. Requirements • Previous experience in introducing-broker management, partnerships or business development within the FX, CFD or wider financial-services industry. • A strong understanding of FX brokerage partnership models and the commercial needs of introducing brokers. • Demonstrated ability to source, approach and convert new partners proactively. • Excellent relationship-management, communication and negotiation skills. • Fluent English; additional languages and an established international partner network are strong advantages. • A self-motivated, organised and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
