A growing international fintech company is building its Sofia technology team and is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead with strong .NET and React expertise. Key responsibilities • Lead the design and delivery of scalable web applications. • Set engineering standards and guide architectural decisions. • Mentor developers and support high-quality delivery. • Collaborate with product, design and business stakeholders. • Improve development, testing, deployment and monitoring practices. Requirements • Strong commercial experience with .NET and React. • Proven technical-leadership and software-architecture experience. • Knowledge of APIs, databases, cloud platforms and CI/CD. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
